FIT LIFEstyle has always been a part of who I am. Now at 45 years old, God is allowing me to share myself and my passion with you. I love the way fitness and a healthy lifestyle have always molded me into the person I am. There were times in my life when I put fitness aside or didn’t make the best food choices and I was not ME; the happy, energetic and always wanting to try new things Joanna. I was depressed, unmotivated and quite frankly LOOKING for something to fill that void.

When you do the things you're supposed to do daily YOU ARE NOT LOOKING for change, you are LIVING LIFE WITHOUT REGRETS!!

I have been accused of always loving to run and work out. I really just enjoy being able to do what I want when I want physically. The truth is I LOVE the feeling of not regretting my day. You will never regret a workout, or being fit and healthy, only the days you chose not to.

Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Registered Nurse as well as Nutrition/A&P college classes, with constant learning in the Fitness field. CPR and AED Certified, Tri-Athlete, College Cheerleader, National, and International Fitness Competitor, Swim and Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer, Wife, Mother, and Lover of a Golden Retriever and a St Bernard.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING & KICK BOXING INSTRUCTOR

John Foreman, 25 yrs old, has a background in Martial Arts, Fitness Personal Training, Kick Boxing, ASFA Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. John lives a healthy lifestyle and loves helping others learn and change their lives through fitness and working out. John brings diversity and structure to FIT LIFEstyle and looks forward to growing his fitness and personal training career.


SHEILA MCWILLIAMS

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

I believe that part of a healthy life is movement, of all kinds. I strive to teach in FIT LIFEstyle yoga classes that you do not have to be flexible to practice yoga, flexibility will improve with practice. Yoga is about movement and breath, lengthening and engaging the muscles of the body along with quiet mindful meditation. Namaste.

I fell in love with fitness later in life after struggling with health issues. Changing my lifestyle changed my outlook on life. Now I am active and seek a healthier way of life. I look forward to helping others learn to live their best lives.
